The Manteen® - Great Gifts for Men!, Keeps Your Beverage Hot or Cold All Day, Stainless Steel Water Bottle, Double Walled Insulated

I purchased multiples of this for a groomsman gift. They came in handy as the wedding was outdoors and it was hot. My groomsmen used them throughout the day. I bought one for myself as well and use it daily. It does a good job of keeping cold liquids cold. I have not used it for hot beverages so I can't speak to how well it keeps them warm. It does not sweat even outside by the pool. Functionally it works great.There are two issues that I've encountered. First is the opening is small and it can be difficult to get ice into the mouth. It can also be difficult to tell how full the container is when filling it up which can lead to overflowing. The second issue is cosmetic. The print on the bottle comes off extremely easily. After about two months of use most of the words have come off and the picture is rubbing off in places as well. This is disappointing as the graphic on the front of the bottle is part of the novelty of buying one. I've looked at a couple of the other ones I got for my groomsmen and they have the same issue.Overall, the container does what it's supposed to. However, if your main reason for ordering this specific one is for the art/logo on the bottle, you should probably look elsewhere. I feel like there are cheaper alternatives without the "Manteen" logo that will work just as well and given that the logo will be gone after a few months of use it's probably not worth the higher price.

Good overall size for both cold and hot drinks. Mouth size not too large for me, but a might small for ice cubes from an ice tray, although they will usually fit when I force them down in. The black stenciling on the stainless steel has more and more rubbed off. I have not put this in the washing machine. Cap fits well. I've not done any testing per se, but hot drinks don't stay quite as hot as I would like over several hours.I do recommend this thermos, but be aware that the black stenciling will likely rub off over time.

Absolutely a life saver during a 10 day trip to India as ice is not easy to find. Used it on four different 8+ hour flights and at least four 5+ hour car rides. Filled it with ice in the morning and refilled it with water 2-3 times a day and still had ice when I got back to the hotel late, or if I forgot it was still cold the next morning.Only complaint is the print/etching on the outside rubbed off during traveling (no dishwashers) within the first 5 days with normal handling. However, I wouldn't let that prevent me from highly recommending the performance of The Manteen under some pretty intense travel over 10 days.

Just received 3 of these, bought them as Christmas gifts. Can't speak to their effectiveness at keeping things hot/cold, but giving them 3 stars because on all 3 the stainless steel has one or more small scratches or nicks, and on 2 of them a tiny part of the black bar under 'The Manteen' text has come off. The box for one of them was all bashed up, but the box they all came in was not, so it may have been put in the box that way.Given my experience with things that are made in China, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.Despite this I'm not planning on returning them - no time and I'm picker than most. I'm pretty sure the recipients will like them and given the other reviews I'm sure they'll work just fine.

The only negative thing I would say is that this could be a little larger to hold more

My husband loves it, except for the fact that the ink from the logo/writing on it comes off. It actually rubbed off on his shirt too. We are now just trying to rub it all off so it doesn't keep staining clothes. Other than that, he loves how cold it keeps his water, and he finds himself drinking more water every day because of it.

When I received this water bottle it looked great! I like the double walled insulated stainless steel water bottle and it was easy to wash it has only 2 parts to cover and the bottle no other parts to wash! I like to use this a my personal water bottle to take to work and everywhere I like to go! Easy to carry so I have very cold water to drink whever I go! I would definetely recommend this water bottle to others.

Fabulous beverage vessel!!! I got this for my hubby as he has chronic dry mouth and has to have a beverage with him at all times, and the Manteen is absolutely perfect for him. It holds his beverages hot or cold for a really long time; looks sharp, and fits perfectly in his bottle carrier. And my hubby called it "Amazing and impressive". Grab one or two for the man/men in your life!! (I think we might need a "Womanteen")
