Swisse Beauty Hair, Skin & Nails Liquid Supplement | Supports Collagen Production | Vegan Supplement | 300MLI have major issues with my hair, which has been falling out on and off since my son died.My nails have never been the same since years of abuse by having acrylic nails long term.Any help I can get with improving the health and well-being of my nails and hair is a blessing.This product contains biotin and collagen, 2 very important ingredients needed for the health of skin, hair and nails. Also included amongst the many beneficial ingredients is vit C.Description describes this product as vegan friendly.For the price you get 300mls of this truly blood orange liquid in a tamper proof bottle.The liquid doesn’t have an unpalatable taste, in fact I quite liked it and drank it neat although you can dilute it should you chose or have it in juice or in a smoothie. Whatever works best for you I’d say.The taste almost reminds me of a not so tangy apple cider vinegar taste with fruit. Rather pleasant actually.The liquid is the consistency of water I’d say. You don’t get a measuring spoon or syringe which is a bit annoying as I didn’t have a measuring spoon, but description also says 2 teaspoons or 10mls Which worked fine for me. That dosage should be once a day. .The supplement comes in a plastic bottle so no worries about dropping and breaking the bottle.Any product like this is not going to give you results over night so only time will tell.I do think that the £20+ price tag is a bit steep. But having said that if I get extraordinary results I won’t mind that price tag.I hope you found this review helpful

Good security seal and ok taste but not sure how high the NRV actually are
Finally a Swisse product with a decent security seal.We tried a few of their tablets and every one has a flaw in the lid’s security seal. So it was really good to find a Swisse vitamin supplement where the security seal actually works.As you twist the lid for the first time it breaks a plastic seal - a bit like a soda bottle seal.It says it has levels of biotin, selenium and vitamin C. There is no NRV for vitamin C and biotin and selenium are only at 19% of daily intake levels.We haven’t noticed any difference after 7 days but not sure how visible improvements would be but we have an open mind.This is not short dated as we have over a year and a half on the best before but it’s not clear how quickly this should be used once opened. Other than that, the dosage instructions and other printed material is easy to read and understand.Taste wise - well it’s not unpleasant but it is like eating a slightly underripe persimmon with that chalky texture you get in your mouth.

I like the Swisse products and I trust them.I’ve been testing more recently.All are effective.I think this is an important thing.This is a product family that is still in the affordable category. Not cheap, but not even expensive.I am middle aged and at this age some problems are already coming up for the ladies.My hair is not healthy from dyeing and neither are my nails. They break easily.I after consuming the product, I experienced a change on my nails. It grew and did not break. He got stronger.I will definitely do another cure with this product.The smell is not unpleasant to me. The taste is a bit bitter, but you can get used to it. It's like beer. After a while, you don’t even feel bitter. :)I definitely recommend the product!I made videos and pictures if you like check it out!I hope this description helps you make your decision now!

SOUR! SOUR! SOUR!
Seriously, I do not have a sweet tooth and can take a lot of food that others consider sour, but this! It's very sour. For goodness sake have some water to hand. This level of acidity can give you indigestion. I haven't had any yet but take with food anyway, to reduce the possibility. Very difficult to gauge how anything like this goes without taking long term but the collagen and collection of vitamins looks good. This is very thick. Give the bottle a good shake before you take to ensure it is thoroughly mixed but for god's sake it is so sour! I certainly would not buy it knowing that!.

10 ml daily, during or immediately after a meal (equivalent to 2 teaspoons). Can be taken straight or diluted in water or juice.
