I bought this product because i am known (my husband told me) for grinding my teeth when i sleep. I wake up with jaw pain and sometimes my teeth hurt. So when i saw that i figured i can use it to wear at night to protect my teeth and during the day to whiten.On a whim i tried this product and could not be happier. It is very easy to use, comes with great directions on how to personalize the molds to your teeth. Also has alot in the package for the price. Its definitely a product i would purchase again and recommend if you are having the same problems i was.

When my anxiety is high I clench my teeth, a LOT and it leads to an incredible amount of pain. In trying to find ways to keep myself from doing this, a friend recommended a custom mouth guard. My dentist charges over $300 for one so I decided to go the DIY rout with these. It took me a few tries to get the fit just right, but I just re-heated the guard in water from my electric kettle. I definitely recommend following the included directions carefully.

I have had expensive tooth problems due to grinding for most of my adult life. Paying hundreds for a dentist designed grind guard was out of the question so I did the next best thing, went to the drugstore and purchased a sports mouthguard. Although it basically worked, it was overly bulky, made my mouth watery and spitty and sometimes made me want to gag. Even though it was larger, i still managed to chew right through it and was replacing them often!So when I saw this 10 pack for less than the price as a two pack of the ill fitting sports guards I knew I had to give it a chance. Plus I trust the fairywill brand, I got an electric toothbrush by them a few years back that still works great!I sure am glad i purchased these, it's working out great! They molded pretty easily and the molding process is forgiving. (don't use all the way boiling water or it can collapse/curl up on you!) The first time I did it, it didn't shape it right, but I dipped it right back in hot water and was able to reshape.Its thinner than the sports guard (no gagging) and fits extremely well! I can open my mouth and it doesn't automatically fall off, it *almost* suctions in place.Although its thinner the silicone/plastic is better quality and already had held up to many 'chews' without breaking through. I can tell it will be a while before I run out or even need to replace the first one! I haven't used it for whitening but i don't see why it wouldn't be suitable for that purpose.Highly recommend!

Overall, I think this product is pretty good. I’ve been a chronic tooth grinder for several years now, so badly that I’ve had to have two teeth crowned because of it. After that hassle (and massive bill) I’m not wanting to ruin my crowns, but I also didn’t want to fork over another $400 for a night guard from my dentist, so here we are.This gets the job done. Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I didn’t have some kind of pain in my mouth related to night grinding, and it was totally gone after two days of using the night guard!My only gripe with it really, and this is to be expected, is that it’s not quite custom-fit enough for my mouth. It’s quite bulky and “chewy”, and being the type of person I am, I find myself gnawing on it like a piece of gum. Granted, it’s not damaging my teeth anymore, but I’d like to keep my jaws intact as well.Overall though, for what I paid, I’m very happy and grateful!

The molding took a little practice, but at this unbeatable price it's not a big deal if the first one doesn't come out perfect. You'll need a thermometer (a meat thermometer will do) to make sure the water is the right temperature. If one part doesn't feel quite right you can dip it back in the water for 15 seconds and re-mold it. I tried to cut with scissors but found that it made an un-smooth edge, luckily they're not very big to begin with.

I had purchase a kit of whitening gel which came with trays. Well, I messed up one of the trays when molding it and really wanted a do-over, without having to pay the price of a new kit. These worked well and were a fraction of the cost. You do need to be careful handling them when they are hot, but the same is true for any mouth guards I have experience with. Even the rugged ones that my son wears for football can get deformed if not handled carefully or if you bite down on them wrong while forming them. These have saved me from having to buy a new whitening kit so I’m happy.

I am very impressed with this product. I have been grinding my teeth a lot more in the last few weeks and I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars for a dentist to create a mould for me when I could have easily done so on my own. This product worked great! The mould fits so perfectly on my teeth and, while it does take some time to get used to, is very comfortable at night. The best part is that I get 10 for about $20ish dollars which is amazing considering that one is $150-200 at a dentist and they can be ground down quite quickly depending on the type of teeth grinder you are. Last but not least, the instructions were super easy to follow and I was successful at my first attempt :)

This did fit my mouth without having to trim them. I followed the instructions and only placed the guard in the hot water for 15 seconds before putting in my mouth to form. I saw to many videos where people were leaving the guard in hot water for 30 seconds causing the guard to become too soft and thin out too much. You have to remember the inside of the guard has to form to your teeth. The outside of the guard is to keep your upper and bottom teeth from connecting. Saved me from getting a guard from the dentist. I am happy with this product and will be buying it again.

As someone who has tried every available bite guard from stores in person and Amazon, this was the best bang for your buck.You get a bunch so if you need to try again or just need backups you have plenty. I found they lasted a really long time and worked better than higher priced brands.I eventually went and got a professional one through my dentist but if I ever had to pick one outside of that this would 100000% be my recommendation!

These come individually wrapped, and I've taken great care in opening a few. Most of them have fingerprints on them, meaning they were handled during production. Handled without gloves. This grosses me out quite a bit. The worst thing is that I noticed this after I used the first one, i.e. after I already put one in my mouth. I used hot water per the instructions to mold them before putting in my mouth, which will have killed most germs, but still... You can kind of see the fingerprints on the picture I've posted, but it's much more clearly apparent in person.They are also quite thick, even by cheap mold-yourself store bought mouthguard standards. They are cheap, but not worth it in my view.

Tried it for 3 nights.The product is 2.5 mm thick. At rest, the space between my back teeth is much smaller, and this was bulky and uncomfortable.After every night with this mouth guard my teeth were covered with a heavy layer of plaque.The photo on the box of a thin, perfectly fitted, mouth guard is misleading.
