Great for Legs!
I had bought a foam roller because I heard of the great stretching and massage benefits, but it was a little harder to use then I thought. I was having some leg and butt pain and was trying to massage that area. This book goes step by step to use the roller safely and effectively. The illustrations help to determine exactly where the muscles are, so you can target that area. The photos are a great help to perform the exercise correctly with intermediate and advanced exercises. The log is a nice bonus. Overall, a good book to help work out the muscles in your legs and buttock area.

Most Useful Foam Roller Book for Legs
I recently purchased two foam rollers: The Lux Fit high density and Trigger Point Performance to help with minor injuries I've been experiencing from running. Out of all the foam roller books on the market, I found this one the most helpful. It deals solely with leg issues, which I find is what the foam rollers are best at targeting. In addition to good exercises for all the muscle groups, the book also has very informative anatomy information about all your leg's muscles, which is great to have. I have posted some pictures of what the book has to offer.
