Allergic rash reaction
This cream made me break out into a red rash immediately. Even on my forearms--anywhere the cream got. It claims that you will feel a slight burn upon application, I'm assuming similar to wearing creams with menthol in them, but I didn't feel a burn, it just gave me an immediate allergic reaction. It also has a very strong grape fragrance. Why would I want to walk around smelling like grape candy? So ridiculous. Waste of time obviously returning it.

I like this. I put it on prior to work out and right before cardio and wearing my waist trainer on the stairmaster.So far, my core has tightened up. I will buy again.

Great for Skin Tighten
Amazing product, LOVE IT. You can feel that it is acting right away, follow the instructions, and it will work. Some people have sensitive skin, and I guess that is why they get redness. That is not my case; I will keep using this one. Even though it is too strong or harsh for your skin , go with the Sweet Sweat, which is also amazing. Does it make a difference?
I dont know if it actually makes a difference if you use it or not. But it does motivate you once it starts burning, so I guess it's good for motivation.
