Great little one.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. it is a small speaker but powerful. Good things come in small size too people. I like this one because it is small and I can use it for my small laptop desk. This is perfect and it sounds great. It connects to my laptop in seconds. I posted a video so you can compare and trust me it packs a punch. Great little speaker that you can even mount it anywhere you like. That’s pretty nifty.

Sounds really good and its a convenient size.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I needed to get a couple of big, chunky speakers off my desk. I didn't really need the music quality they provided as much as the desk space they took up. I decided on this unit as a compromise as I could slide it under the monitors into a space not otherwise used on my desk. I was actually quite pleased and surprised at the sound quality they have. the video has a sound clip for you to hear, but remember its being filtered through my phone mic.

One of the better PC sound-bars on the market!
OK - so here goes. Over the past few months, I've gone on a shopping binge in which I purchased a dozen or so different PC sound-bars from various outlets to include Amazon. My goal was to find one that would check off all the boxes I had in mind - that is mainly, superb sound quality for the inexpensive prices that these things go for.In the process, I've found some real duds, meaning some were overly bright and harsh, while some others were quite decent, and one that was superb (Taotronics model - see link below). The subject of this review is the VIPEX PC sound-bar, a blue tooth enabled system that looks very nice and is slightly angled upwards so that if putting on your desk (typically below a PC monitor), the sound is projected perfectly to your ear level. To begin with, it is an attractive unit and while looking through the speaker grill at an angle, you'll see two very small (silver colored) speaker drivers, and two (small passive radiators). Of course, when you see how small these sound-bars are, having a passive radiator really means nothing and I'd say that the bass response is capped at around 90-100 HZ (which is not low at all, but about normal for this size and price point).I connected my unit via my PC's blue tooth connection. Also note, that this VIPEX is powered via the AC plug (not a USB arrangement which implies a battery). Setting up was very simple.OK - now on to the sound. And again (for those of you who have seen my other sound-bar/speaker reviews), you have to keep in mind that price vs performance ratio - that is, look at what these little sound bars go for and then judge accordingly. Having said that, this actually isn't a bad sounding sound-bar. It has a touch of brightness and not necessarily a very full sound, but it's very pleasant to listen to. It has a very musical tone and it acquits itself nicely with various music. However, if you are listening (on your PC, that is) to something like rock n' roll, you might have to tame the speakers a bit. Do give them some time to break in - perhaps 3 days and things will lighten up a bit (I always recommend to folks that for whatever speaker you buy - whether an inexpensive model or a more high-end instrument - give them time to break in 'cause in some cases the sound can improve dramatically). As an aside, of all of the speakers I've used so far (again, close to a dozen) - all of them being PC styled sound bars - the model from Taotronics was by far the best and it rated 5 full stars. The link for that model is here (copy and paste):https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VRNGYML/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Now the question always comes up about, "will these sound good with a TV set?" Well, that depends on the size of that TV (flatscreen that is). If it's a smaller unit and you are viewing it in a small room, then yes, these types of sound bars would do nicely. But if you've got a very large flat screen and it's in a larger room, the volume (clean) levels that you may need may not suffice - keep that in mind.Good luck...Ben HerrmannFuquay Varina, NC

Excellent Customer Service
Please realize that this is a revision of my first review which I will somewhat recount in this first paragraph. "I first bought this item primarily for my laptop and as a possible option for one of our TVs. The sound quality was about what I would expect in a low cost speaker; it really was not much better than my laptop speakers, but it did add some volume and slightly better bass response. My first unit was defective in that the power plug kept falling out of the speaker so I put a rubber band around it to hold it together" and I wrote a rather harsh review.VIPEX Direct contacted me and offered several options to remedy my dissatisfaction. Their Customer Service personnel seemed genuinely concerned that I was unhappy with the purchase. VIPEX Direct replaced my defective product and the replacement unit sounds 100% better than the first one did. It has more volume and a better bass frequency response. The power and speaker plugs both fit firmly in place they way they should. I am very happy with this speaker bar and I am sincerely appreciative of the company replacing my defective unit with this far better quality device. Every mass production may include a lemon or two and I received one, but not every company is willing to go this far to satisfy their customers. I applaud the honesty and quality of the customer service at VIPEX Direct.

TV Speaker And Alexa Echo Dot Upgrade The Same Time
Plug N Play-No manual needed, all you have to do is connect the cable to the TV switch on then that’s it. You can also do bluetooth which connects good too. I connected it to my Alexa echo dot which makes this speaker as the dedicated speaker for both my tv (tv to echo dot) and echo dot (echo dot to speaker).Sound Great esp for the size-it fits perfectly with my very small TV in the kitchen (32”) and the sound is very clear even at max volume. Instant upgrade.

Excellent for the price
I shopped around a lot before I purchased this because I wanted something compact, Bluetooth compatible and capable of decent sound. Obviously, wanting something compact, you're bound to lose some sound quality, so while I think this sounds great and a big improvement over my built-in laptop speakers and the 20" Samsung TV I use as an extra monitor - I mention that specifically to bring attention to the fact that this soundbar has superior audio quality to a small TV and could still serve as an upgrade for a conservative setup. There are two, sort of pin-slot holes on the back so you can easily mount it on a wall, which I did and it worked out nicely to be off the desk. The only downside I have run into thus far, is that it is somewhat loud when you connect and disconnect to it via Bluetooth. However, the only reason why it's a bit of a problem is because sometimes I work late, so when I turn on or turn off my computer and it automatically connects/disconnects, others in the house are sleeping and it's kind of disruptive when it plays its little 'connected/disconnected' jingle.
