I really like these vitamins. I take the recommended three throughout my day. The capsule is a little large, but I think the pro of the vitamins is worth it.

I noticed a difference in my energy levels after the first day. These supplements do make a difference in my hair, skin and nails. The capsules are large but if you swallow them right away they go down smooth. They do have a slight odor, but well worth it.

I started these almost 2 weeks ago, started taking 1 first then in a few days later 2...I don't think I need 3 lol...these super greens make you pee alot. I guess that is good? I looked at ingredients and I don't see anything in it that would make me pee so much. Anyone else have this issue? But all in all peeps, it does get the motor going and I also take 25 mgs of DHEA...known as the fountain of youth! My skin is rocking at 62! Now to loose 12 pounds ugggg!

Eight days after I began taking this multi, I looked in the mirror and saw a fresher, younger looking person! (BTW, I'm 48 yrs old.) In particular, my skin looked so much better (smaller pores, better elasticity, smoother, fresher tone, etc). I asked my teenage daughter if she could see the difference and she looked at me and said, "Yes...now that you mention it, your skin looks a LOT better!" So, she began taking it every morning and within a couple of weeks, her teen acne had improved noticeably. We both began to notice our hair feeling smoother, thicker and healthier. We've now been taking this multi for about 2 months and continue to feel the benefits (in addition to skin/hair benefits, we both feel more energetic, less stress, and are sleeping better). After listening to us talk about it for a few weeks, my husband decided to begin taking the men's version...too soon to tell if he will see comparable benefits.Just today, I looked at the label and realized the serving size for this product is THREE soft-gels per serving. My daughter and I have only been taking ONE! So, I'll increase our dosage to the recommended three and will try to remember to come back here in a month or two with an update. But if taking only one made us feel/look better, I can only conclude that this broad-spectrum multi is a product I would highly recommend to any woman considering it.

Bought these for my mother because she was looking for a liquid gel and these list some pretty great ingredients (I was tempted to buy it for myself too), but these are pretty large pills (larger than my Omega) and suggest you take it 3 times a day, now my mother is worried she's going to choke or get it stuck every time she takes it.

I ordered the Living Green Liquid-Gel Multivitamins on 01 September and collected it from the shippers on 16 September after it arrived in my country. The soft-gels were clearly damaged when I opened them. Although it had the outer seal intact, the inner seal was stuck in the bottle cap and not fitted onto the opening as it should have been. A few of the soft-gels burst and leaked out over all the others. I have bought this product several times in the past and this is the first time I received a damaged product. I am unable to return it and would like a refund. Please advise. I only selected a star because I was forced to on the product review form
