I gave this product the highest rating because it is easy on an empty stomach and appears to help stabilize my weight, along with taking the Saffron Extract, that I have also reviewed. Manufacturers of supplements may have FDA approved facilities, but this is for making product and not any approval as to its use. FDA Approval requires three scientifically validated tests to the FDA. This also means scientific studies would have to include reactions, side effects, who should and should not use the product, etc. As many prescription drugs are organically based, all patients should take the bottles of supplements with them, to their healthcare provider, for annual or treatment visits. Many supplements may reduce effectiveness or cause reactions with prescribed medications. This is the out that supplement companies use to not be bound by the same stringent regulations as pharmaceutical companies.

Good energy booster and helps me get moving in the AM. Also like that it helps burn fats in the liver. A daily dose for me.

I'm a bit disappointed. The listing here on Amazon says "1,000mg Daily" however what I received was a 500mg tablet size with a serving size on the bottle of "1 capsule". When I came back zoomed in on the photo, I see the photo is also a 500mg capsule and a 1 capsule serving size. I'm only giving this three stars because I feel it was a bit deceptive from an advertising standpoint. I hope the contents are less deceitful than the listing or I'll be going back to GNC.

Horrible taste and NO RESULTS

Been taking for about a month and don't seem to notice any difference. Jury still out but I doubt it is doing anything. I am starting to think the whole supplement industry is a scam, nothing seems to do what it says it does. I actually gained a couple pounds while on it, could be muscle but I feel its fat.

i'll continue taking this, it does what it claims- allows cell membrane permeability to utilize lipids as glycogen reserves- burns fat and contributes to lean muscle .

I tried this brand out to help in losing some weight to get ready for a vacation that I had taken. I have used L Cartine before but in a different manufacturing brand that no longer sells on here. The price was reasonable for this particular product, so I purchased it. Overall, think it did help some but did not give an overall huge weight loss result.

My husband, son and I all take this suppliment. We are in our 40's and 20's and all workout regularly.
