Honestly? I was skeptical to try this, especially since there were no reviews yet. But I'm so glad I did. I have almost finished this bottle and am about to buy another. Working from the inside out does work.First off, I'm 64 and seeing aging skin. Brown spots and the occasional acne. My skin is smoother, clearer and softer. No more brown spots!Secondly, I feel better. My digestive track isn't as clogged. I have a little more energy, and of course it helps to feel good about yourself.Last but not least, my blood sugar is stabilizing somewhat. Nothing drastic, but the change is there.

I have taken plenty of gut/digestive health supplements but this is the first time for me to take a gut health supplement meant to clear up the skin. This is an Ayurvedic based herbal supplement that I have never tried before.The beautiful thing about this is that it helps with your gut/digestive health as well as with your skin health. So thus far I have been using this for over a month now and I can see a clear difference in my skin quality. In addition I feel much better and more balanced in my gut(I ended up losing a few pounds too).So overall this has worked pretty well and I did not experience any adverse effects either. Definitely would recommend this and will be buying more in the near future.

I like this brand for supplements! I like to take some kind of supplement to help my skin and this seems to be doing the trick. I like that the capsules have no smell or taste when you take them. I find them easy to swallow as well. This bottle will last you 2 months which I also like. Overall this is a good option for a skin supplement.

I just finished my first bottle and starting to see results.My skin is clearer, smoother, and has more of a glow. Nice after 50.I finally figured out that you have to attack skin issues inside and out.Easy to take and an awesome value. I would expect to pay a lot more.Highly recommend this.

This is a solid supplement, but sadly it did not help my wife who suffers from Rosacea and hypothyroidism.
