Delicious, affordable non-sugar chocolate
This chocolate is definitely bittersweet. If you like bittersweet chocolate, which I do, it's wonderful. I used to eat 1/2 or a whole chocolate bar at once but with this, I'm satisfied with just one, or at most, 2 squares. So, it appears to be quite expensive but if you consider how much you eat at once, it's actually about 40 or 80 cents at a time -- much cheaper than a whole (or even half) of a regular chocolate bar. I also like the fact that since I live in Florida, it came packed in an ice pack. Each set of 2 bars are wrapped in tissue, saving expensive packaging and making the price that much more affordable. I will definitely order these again once I run out of what I have. And of course, stevia is the healthiest sweetener there is, even prevents cavities.

I am a dark chocolate LOVER, but have been striving to completely eliminate refined white sugar completely from diet due to the multiple health issues linked to it's consumption. After much searching, I found a sugar-free bar at Trader Joe's, but the chocolate was nothing to get excited about. I finally came to the sad conclusion that I was going to have to completely give up my dark chocolate in order to achieve eliminating sugar.This product popped up when I was searching for another sugar-free product. I was excited by the high ratings and the use of the natural sweetener stevia (I had already eliminated most other chemical sugar substitutes from my diet also due to potential health implications). Despite the price and additional shipping charges, I had to give it a try.My friends, this product is absolutely delightful high-quality delicious dark chocolate WITHOUT any sugar or chemical substitutes. I am ecstatic with this discovery! I over-indulged the first night because it had been so long since I enjoyed a piece of awesome dark chocolate melting on my tongue, but have since figured out how to control myself. ;-) I broke all 8 bars into the scored squares and put in the freezer. I now enjoy a wonderful square of yummy deliciousness when needed. (I have already placed another shipment into my cart to purchase later so I can quickly restock as soon I need to!) Tastes great!
I was expecting this chocolate to not taste good because it's healthy and is made with stevia. I am on the maintenance phase of the hcg diet, so cannot have any sugar at all. I LOVE this chocolate and am getting ready to place another order for it. I had to request the nutrition information because none came with it. Intensely Pure chocolate
These Dante 98 percent chocolate bars are superb and are truly for the real chocolate conosieur. The almost pure chocolate is very intense and has a bite to it on the finish which is being mistaken for stevia bitterness. This chocolate melts in your mouth and is so rich that the two squares recommended as a serving is enough for me. I enjoy a serving with a rich cup of decaff coffee splashed with cream. It is a perfect treat for anyone who is practicing Ketogenics. I find it satisfying and as an added bonus it will suppress my appetite. it is loaded with beneficial antioxidants too. I would recomend that you find a choclatier and taste this level of chocolate intensity before you purchase this product. It is truly a chocolate experience but not for a delicate palate.

Perfect Keto Dessert
I am unable to eat carbs except seeds, nuts, and dark chocolate. Stevia is the only sweetener I can eat. Fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes are poison to me. I can’t eat sugar, honey, fructose, corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, etc. I was so happy to find this stevia sweetened dark chocolate candy. As far as I’m concerned, it’s incredibly delicious. The recipe is perfect. I wouldn’t change anything. I recommend this for anyone on the Keto diet. The fiber content of the candy reduces the net carb load. Dark chocolate also has protein and anti-oxidants. The shipper does a good job packaging the candy in cold wrap to keep it from melting en route to your house. One order gets you 4 small but rich candy bars. It’s difficult to eat an entire bar in one sitting because it’s so decadent. I just sent away for my second order, and this time I bought 20 bars. I definitely love these. For best results, before you try this candy, go at least 2 weeks without any fruit, sugar, or other sweets.

Love Dark Chocolate? Does nothing else ever seem -Chocolate- enough? Do you need it be low carb?
I was worried with all the people saying it tasted like dried out bakers cocoa. Let me tell you: it does not. This chocolate is not for someone who likes the syrupy sweet, tongue coating, dime-a-dozen grocery store checkout line chocolate. This chocolate is for someone who has a vast chocolate palate and a love of the intense dark taste of chocolate; without all the extra hubbub.Firstly; it is a hard bar at the right temperature; harder than most of the competitors; however this hardness is by achieved by use of wax; as many confectioners do. It is a very satisfying texture to bite into, and with a small nibble; sends deep chocolate taste over the tongue and around the mouth. I barely notice the stevia; tho there is a lingering sweetness like some artificial sweeteners have; it isn’t nearly as bad as many of the new ‘off the shelf’ stevia stand-alone sweeteners. The chocolate had small bits of crystalline texture within itself; a natural occurrence in high grade solid cocoa.This satisfies my deep dark chocolate cravings; when nothing seems chocolatey enough; and I can have it on my diet because the sugar content is so low. A tiny piece went a long way; eat it slowly and one segment satisfies what used to take a whole bar. I want to experiment with using this in cooking desserts; though honestly i’ll probably hide it for myself and just indulge on those hard days when chocolate is a necessity.
