"I can't belive it's not sugar!", OK, OK
It took a while to get to Texas from Australia, but worth it.I have pretty keen senses of taste & Smell; by the way up to 70% of our taste comes from our senses of smell. I can even tell you the spices and flavors in most foods, not all. Nativia ingredients do an exhalant job of canceling out each other’s after tastes and give you a senses of cane sugar even by itself with less than .1% of a non-lingering after taste. Seam to behave this way in cold and hot environments, coffee, tea, cakes, & cookies. Have not tried in high heat, nor do I expect it to taste the same like, candies or caramelizing, but I really can’t say.Our bodies perceive our surroundings through our senses which convert this to Chemical/Electrical, Photo/Electrical and purely Chemical reactions to simply state a few. And our chemistries are as different as our fingerprints. Example; I love peanut butter if some people get even a trace of it ,they wind up in the hospital near death. When you or I look at a specific color, or taste a specific flavor, unless we are sick, or our hormones are off we see or get the same results. Although it’s the same to us, it is different to each individual, there by accounting for different tastes and preferences between us.I have seen some similar mixes made here in US, but different grades & versions of product ingredients, as well as different concentrations will change taste. Let me know if you find one, as I will you, if I find one.

This is just the sweetener that I have been looking for!!
I was in London recently, and went to Whole Foods there looking for some type of natural sweetener that would be low calorie, and easy on the glycemic index, for use in my coffee and cereal. I discovered Natvia, a sweetener that looks and tastes very much like real sugar, and after looking it up on the web, realized what a wonderful alternative it is. It's from Australia, and is thus a bit on the pricy side, but the payoff of it not producing those early morning blood sugar spikes makes it worth it, at least to me. Purchasing it in this 700g size does save a bit of money. I would think this would be perfect for diabetics or those dieting.

Not impressed
Was hopeful but it did but live up to the hype. It has a strong erythrotol flavor and feel which I dislike.

Very tasty stuff!
I love this sweetener! It makes great sugar free baked goods. I use it to make cinnamon "apples" from zucchini, I use it in low carb baking, like cookies...sprinkle some on top like sugar and it stays there like sugar, unlike some sugar substitutes that seem to disappear during the baking.

Love my Natvia Stevia!!
Natvia is the BEST tasting Stevia on the market! Great for baking...just don't use quite a much..even tho' it says measure per measure w/ Sugar. I find it still a bit sweeter than sugar.

The Perfect Sugar Substitute
Excellent product. Can be used just like sugar, tastes like sugar (unlike many other substitute sweeteners that don't), NO AFTER TASTE as with most Stevia products, plus no calories. It's the perfect substitute.
