The 20lbs-80lbs models max weight capacity is the weight purchased. The 100lbs-140lbs max weight would be 140lbs. Great Cardio and Core Builder
Great product to build your core strength for overall fitness and cardio. My recommendation is to buy the heaver weighted vest so as you get stronger you can still use it without purchasing a larger one to add more weight. That way on the day's you are feeling much stronger you can add weight and on the day's you don't feel like going all out you can cut back a little and still have the capabilities do use the vest. Since I'm a Disabled Vet with a total left knee and total right hip replacement plus back surgery.... I bought the 80 pounder which works great for me.

Very convenient vest.
These are great vests for running or calisthenics activities. Easy and quick to take on and off. 3 friends have bought these after seeing how convenient these are for our crossfit workouts.
