Great Alternative to FoodSaver Material!
I purchased the LEM MaxVac Vacuum Sealer 11 inch bagging material as an alternative to the FoodSaver bagging material. I have a FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer. In recent purchases of FoodSaver bagging material, the bagging material is wrinkled along the sides and the wrinkles cause a poor seal. In an attempt to find bagging material without wrinkles, I decided to try the LEM MaxVac bagging material.Just like the FoodSaver bagging material, there is a smooth side and a textured (for LEM channeled side). If you are using these with a FoodSaver, be sure the smooth side is facing up and the channel side is facing down. This is consistent with the FoodSaver instructions.I recommend the LEM material because it is higher quality and provides a better seal.

Good seal
I do my own deer processing. These work better than the Food Saver brand I have been using in the past. Seems to hold the vacuum better.
