Couldn't get them to light.
I couldn't get them to light, first I tried one and no luck so I took that one out and combined it with the other one and still no joy so I opted for a refund. I've read some of the reviews and other people had better luck than I, maybe you will too.

Use both is best!
Using one was not warming up. Just a glow. So I doubled it up. Works great now.

These don't fit the zippo warmers very well, I had to jam the catalyst into an old metal frame with a small pair of tweezers. This gets fiberglass everywhere. They also don't last very long at all, and after lighting it with a butane lighter a few times, a lot of the catalyst was burned off. They are a lot hotter than the zippo brand burners so if that's what you're looking for, pick up a couple of these

Don’t waste your money
I inserted these in to two zippo warmers and the heat production was half of the original catalyst. And it just went downhill from there. They barely work now.

It was a catalyst for a zippo 12 hour hand warmer and was very easy to install.works great.I would recommend this product

DOES NOT WORK!
Brought two packs as I like to have spares ready - well more fool me! Does not work in the slightest! Even doubled up!Not compatible with a genuine zippo hand warmer so I’m annoyed that this dud item came up in my Amazon search for a zippo catalyst replacement. £16 completely wasted! Would’ve got more warmth from physically burning the money rather than wasting my time on this rubbish!!

Fit and work perfectly in Peacocks
These fitted easily within a minute into my 15 year old pair of Peacock hand warmers. Saved me a fortune as Peacock don't sell spares as far as I'm aware and new Peacocks are quite expensive.

Don't waste your money.
I installed this into the hand warmer to replace the one that came originally. They don't work at all. I've used Zippo fuel and there's nothing.Waste of money.

Changed old ones now working
My hand warmers (2) were not working so purchased two new inserts now both are up and running.
