I'm a truck driver and finding equipment that I can carry in my truck is very hard I use to carry a metal curl bar and several weights and everything kept falling or banging around while I would drive also it was to bulky and heavy to get in and out of the truck everytime I worked out, this product is so compact that it fits easily in my toolbox, I use it at rest areas and at truck stops I sometimes even use it inside the truck as there are several excercise that you can do in a stationary stand up position, this is a great product for truck drivers trying to Get in shape, also the equipment is very good quality the bar easily assembles and the bands are very good I have had no issue with then, I have used them twice a day for the past two weeks

Being a gym rat and loving weight training in my earlier years, I thought I would get back into being fit again. WIth neck issues, my days of doing flys or any shoulder workout with weights are done, aside from using 8 lbs. Anyway, I thought maybe trying bands and watched some videos online, found Gymwell and thought it looked really like you could get a good workout regardless of not being weights, dumbells, etc. I really love it!!!! I get a nice workout and it's pretty versatile and also comes with two excellent workout charts. Best 99 bucks I ever spent for sure. I'm back into working out now and don't have to leave my house. Awesome product, I am very happy I purchased this gym :)

Added this to my workout routine for the days I do not go to the trainer (he recommended this one). It is a great resistance set for at home and I use it at least 5 times a week. Would totally recommend this to someone looking to start working out or wanting to add to their workout with resistance training.

This is an amazing product. It has two poster boards of exercises and reps you can do. Let me tell you I thought ok these resistance bands are going be easy. I was wrong in a good way. I did the exercise and it felt like I was working out at the gym.

Bought this for my wife, who has been complaining about have no time to goto the gym after our lovely daughter has been born. Very easy to use and sturdy.

It's a good idea I guess. It was lightweight and portable which is what I wanted. But came with no instructions and I couldn't figure out how to hook anything together

Was looking for something that wouldn't take up space in my house. The option of it being portable was also a plus so I can take it anywhere with me. I'm enjoying it so far. The videos could be more easily organized and accessible instead of having to go to the website. But overall, great product.

This set is portable and great for traveling. A must have for helping to stay in shape and get your workout on the go. The daily workout chart is great and works well for keeping me on track and identifying isolated target areas and exercises that help me to meet my goals. This is a must have for the woman on the go!
