We like to think of garam masala as the soul of Indian food - without a good blend, your cooking will never turn out quite right. We're extremely particular about our ingredients: we use genuine smoked black cardamom pods, high volatile oil cinnamon from Saigon, and coarse-ground coriander to keep the flavors fresh over a longer period of time.
