It was about a month ago that song by Nelson "After The Rain" just popped in my head over and over again. And I had not heard that song in years. So I ordered it. That song just seems to speak to me, especially having had a break up of a girl I just loved. Rain was a big part of our dating, lots of rainy dates, but good ones. Which I would never trade for the world. So after the rain . . .I live again. May it was God speaking to me through music. To not suffer anymore. The song has mean't a lot to me.

Released by Californian rock band formed by Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, "After The Rain" was their first and only succesful album with four charted singles in the USA, starting with "(Can't Live Without Your) Love and Affection", a powerful rock song that became their only number one hit song ever. The title track peaked at number 6 and the following two singles, "More Than Ever" and "Only Time Will Tell" reached positions 14 and 28 respectively. So, if you want to have a "Greatest Hits Collection", you definitely have to buy this CD. If you want a "Best Of" compilation, you will find it, but I'm not sure if you're gonna like it. Nelson relationship with Geffen records ended in 1996, before the release of their third album entitled "Imaginator", the band decided to record it and their issue it and all subsequent albums under their own independent label Stone Canyon.

I love Nelson, although "Tracy's song" sounds almost exactly like "Song for Kris", off of one of their father's albums, although there is an added instrument.

Authentic 90s Stock.
Old stock from the early 90s. I can tell from slight yellowing on the back edges. Of course, who would be printing Nelson posters in 2017? Great deal. My 11 year old is happy.

中学時代に中野サンプラザに見にいきました。スパッツが懐かしい、、、当時のバンドってなんでこんなに歌が上手いのでしょうか。歌唱力が抜群です、聴きやすいポップロックで捨て曲がなく、旋律も良いので誰でも楽しめるアクのないアルバム。
