Absolutely love these
Great product. Originally bought as a Christmas gift, but ended up buying myself one too. I have been using mine for several weeks now and have had no problems with it. The hat is nice and warm. When I am using my phone the person on the other line can not tell that I am using it.

Warm, but not very comfortable
The ponytail port is way at the top of the head, and too small for my wife to get her hair through.Sound quality is mediocre at best.Would not buy again.

Poor Quality!
The cap was unraveling and the lining wasn’t secure at the place for the ponytail. Very poorly made. I had to come up with another plan for a gift.

It’s a head thing

Super comfy and good sound quality
Very comfy! I love the hole to put your ponytail. The sound is very good. The only downfall, you have to have the speakers right over your ears. Would recommend this hat for anyone looking for Bluetooth.
