Absolutely amazing value. I am almost heavyweight and can hit it as hard as I can, and I am not bragging when I say I hit like a truck. I put maybe half sand and half water.If you are looking for a good bag to have at home, I would recommend this over a heavy bag or something else. I use gloves or bare knuckle. I let it bounce back and hit my guard. I have to move all around it in circles to keep dodging and hitting it. Great workout, great training. Not sure if I will even want a stationary bag. I might just buy another of these to have as backup. I have left it outside forna few days. I will see how it holds up over time. But for 85$ I am absolutely blown away. Thank you!

It does what it is suppose to do but it can be noisy.

I bought this for my son who is a black belt in taekwondo and it’s perfect for practice. His dad uses it as well as a workout, hitting it with full force and it maintains its spring/no damage. I highly recommend this over a traditional punching bag because it allows you to focus on striking a small surface area for precision.

I just received and assembled my reaction bag. What a mess!!!! The base has a slow leak, I had to create the holes for the bolts to screw the stand into the base, and the nuts that hold the bolts for the bag do not fit. Since it’s already assembled I’m not going to bother returning it and I will replace the water with sand. I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t say if it holds up to being hit. If you can buy this reaction bag bag from another brand, do so.

I have tried cheaper products and I can tell that my experience was horrible. But this one is great. Very strong and easy to put together.

Spring snapped right off the base. This reflex bag is a waste of money. Unless I’m Rocky Balboa or something close to a boxing prodigy, this product is absolute cheeks. I have zero experience boxing, never sparred, never gotten into a street fight. Just bought this for fun and a little excercise, glad to know I wasted $80. 🖕🖕🖕STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT I WARNED YOU

After using this product 4 times, it’s already breaking. Contacted seller to return it, was given a return label to return it to China, but I’m supposed to pay shipping...? Rip off.
