Excellent, bright colors
Colors are bright, lights up well. It is a little hard to manuever on the corners of the TV. But we love it. Highly recommend. Gives a nice hue to our living room at night.

Not impressed at all. The light strip is cheaply made, adhesion is poor, some of the lighting settings almost gave me a seizure.

Can NOT be cut & poor remote sensitivity
I prefer to enjoy my TVs in a completely dark room, but that makes bright flashes and sudden fades to white quite jarring and uncomfortable on the eyes. This backlighting makes for a far more comfortable viewing experience. I usually leave these on a dim white or a bright red, though they have several other colors and pre-programmed transitions built in. They connect via USB, so you can connect it directly to your TV if it has a USB input, or you can connect it to a nearby outlet. If your TV does not have a USB input but you don't want extra wires going around, you can buy an HDMI to USB converter if you have a free HDMI port.A couple points of clarification: This is one very long strip of LEDs, not multiple separate strips. This means that you can NOT cut them in the middle and keep the connection (you would have to solder another USB connector onto each strip that you cut, and this item does not give you additional USB connectors). So if you want to 'outline' the back of your TV in a rectangular shape with these lights, you will have to bend the strip and leave certain parts sticking out, which isn't a big deal since it's out-of-sight anyway. The remote doesn't seem to have reliable button presses, but that's not a huge deal.

Beautiful
Love these lights. I have been looking for something to add just a little flare that’s easy and beautiful and I got both with this. Easy to set up and use even my little one could’ve done it. I’m expecting that these are going to get tons of use and last a long time
