I have tried several different types of inserts for my PF. This works just as well to control pain as more traditional inserts, plus it has many benefits. Because you can rinse it off it doesn't have the odor problem that other inserts do. And it is the least impactful on shoe size. I've been able to wear shoes that I couldn't wear with my other inserts because they made the shoes to tight. Yay for my cute flats that have been sitting in the closet alone! Women's size 10 and the red ones work fine.

I love this product, ok let me tell you. I have plantar fasciitis and I did not have $400 for Inserts. These do the job, the extra padding on my heels has saved me. From my foot problems.
