I have to admit that I figured I was buying a frill item, you know one of those things you use once and then gets tossed in a drawer, but man was I wrong. I leave it on my counter and use it almost every day. It's very powerful, incredibly easy to clean, and lasts forever on a charge. The USB charging was the reason I chose this one because I didn't want to be buying batteries all the time. You do have to use it in a deeper container then pour the frothed milk into your cup. If you try to use it in your mug you'll end up spreading it everywhere as other reviewers mention.

This product is useless I let it charged when it arrived, when the light turned green I unplugged it and tried to use it only worked for 1 second and it turned off. It’s a useless product. It says it’s charged when the light turns green I tried to use it again and it only worked for less then a second and it turned off. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will be returning this product ASAP!

Purchased the frother to take camping. Maybe I'm high maintenance, but I really only drink coffee that has healthy fats blended in, like bullet-proof coffee, or butter and egg coffee.I liked this model because it is free standing, is stored in a sturdy metal container, and is USB rechargeable. Perfect for keeping in the camper. This is smaller and lighter than a stick blender or a regular blender, which I normally use at home.The froth is amazing! A word of caution: there is a bit of a learning curve because you can whip your beverage right out of the cup. Pay attention to the angle you're holding it, the speed, and the level of liquid in your mug.I like it so much that I miss it sometimes when I am whipping up a drink at home.

I love the appearance of this mixer on my countertop; however, there are a few things that bother me. #1, the little screen came off the bottom part in my coffee and I almost swallowed it (dangerous) before I noticed it had done this, #2 I tried to put the screen back on; however, 1 try later, it came off again, #3 I can't find anything on the Seller to call or email them my complaint privately so here I am, #4 it has 2 speeds and when I only want the low speed I have to put on high speed before it will go to stop. Anyways, it looks good but other than that, I would only repurchase if I could even get ahold of the Seller. I mean, it could simply be a one time defect, but I'll never know.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been always want the milk foam maker to make latte but didn’t know which one to get. The reason I purchased this one is because it’s convenient with USB charge. I’ve being used this for 2 weeks, the first time I tried I put too much milk and it went everywhere, but then I get the point how to do it.It’s very easy and quick, I just put out little milk and got many milk foam. And I like the front part because it could be taken out and wash, better than wash the whole things and get electrical broken. Also, finally it’s USB charge not batteries! So far my experiences with this brother is quite comfortable, and I can just put it in my bag and bring to camping, can’t wait for a morning coffee in the wild : )

It did come apart in my coffee cup. The coffee overflowed out of my cup.

I bought this frother January 19th, 2020 to replace the one I’d had for several years and wore out. It’s May 2nd, 2020 and the new frother has quit working. I’m very familiar with the care of this product and I’m very careful with it. The handle, where the motor is located, has never gotten wet and it’s never been dropped, I take good care of my appliances. It try’s to start, the beater runs for a brief moment, makes a high pitched noise and stops, the battery is fully charged so that’s not the issue. I would like a replacement frother please, I feel this device should last longer than 3 months! Thank you

i loved the product but then out of nowhere it broke only 6 months in. i had taken very careful care to prevent that from happening
