This baby monitor is great. From its is easy to use app to its great clarity in picture this monitor was everything we wanted in a baby monitor. Would highly recommend.

Upsetting
Honestly so upset- loved this camera at first but not even 2 years old and it’s gone to crap. It won’t stay connected and I can’t live stream, I can’t go back and watch videos. It won’t even pull up. I’ve paid for the streaming service the entire time and have been a loyal customer bought the sensor and all the accessories to go with it and customer service is giving me the run around. I have done everything they have said and my camera is still not connecting. On top of that it takes atleast a day or two to get a response from them. I am fed up and I am so frustrated that I’ve been paying for a service I haven’t been provided with, and can not even receive a straight answer as to why my camera is no longer working.

Reliant on having amazing and strong WiFi constantly
I love the camera itself. And the sounds are awesome and help my daughter sleep through the night at 4 months old but I didn’t give it five stars because it’s reliant on WiFi constantly. If you don’t have amazing WiFi then it has a bad lag and constantly buffers. Not what I need when I’m trying to keep an eye on my new baby and spectrum WiFi goes out constantly. Switching to a Bluetooth camera mainly because of the WiFi issue.

Great...when it works
It loads about 50% of the time. Incredibly frustrating. Would not recommend.
