These Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads were an absolute lifesaver after my hysterectomy when I was dealing with uncomfortable swelling. While marketed for postpartum recovery, they worked perfectly for post-surgical healing too.The package comes with 8 pads, which was sufficient for my needs. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even when you're not feeling your best. These pads are definitely on the thicker side, but the instant relief they provide makes the bulkiness worth it. The cooling effect is incredibly soothing and lasts for about an hour per application.I particularly appreciate Frida's approach to a sensitive topic - they maintain a sense of humor while addressing real recovery needs. These are the most wonderful thing for a vaginal tears. I had a laproscopic hysterectomy and had perineum tearing from the surgery. I want to say between one of the frida medicated wipes down there and the ice pack pad... my v feels like it is on a spa day!!!! It is the most comfort I have had since my surgery. I am 12 days post op and my v hurts every move I make now that I have gotten off of all my pain meds including off of Tylenol or ibruprofen, so these are a true life saver!!!!!

I bought these after I ran out of the hospital supplied ice pads. These worked as good if not better. Highly recommend for postpartum, it made me third degree tear feel so much better

I recently used the Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads after giving birth, and overall, they were a great addition to my recovery. While they are a bit on the expensive side, I found that when I did need them, they were incredibly helpful. The combination of absorbent perineal pads and the instant cold therapy packs provided much-needed relief. The cold therapy felt soothing, and it was so nice to have everything in one pad. My only issue was that the cooling effect didn’t last as long as I would’ve liked, so I had to switch them out a bit more frequently than expected. I didn’t end up using all of them, but the ones I did use made a big difference during my recovery. If you're willing to splurge, they’re definitely worth trying!

I've used these and they are a must after having a baby. Now I purchased them for my daughter. I totally recommend these.

An absolute must have after a vaginal delivery especially if you tear! These ice packs saved me on my more active postpartum days.
