Hi. No. it's just a little sweeter than non-organic quinoa what i mean is it doesn't have bitter taste to it. it's really good!

Not really, I use it as rice replacement or to infuse more protein into meals. I will use it though on my gluten free carrot cake recipe, because it adds moisture ( at least on my mind) and volume (fluffiness) plus protein. I very much how not bitter at al it is and nutty flavored.
