I tend to only write reviews when I have positive experiences but feel I need to share my opinion of this mouth guard. I will start with the positive: There are two included in the package. Now for the negative: When I put the first one in hot water per directions it shriveled up and I was unable to reshape it to the original shape. I then had to toss the first one and mold the second one. I followed the directions as I had the first time and for some reason it worked.Be prepared to take the mouth guard out of your mouth anytime you want to speak as no one will be able to understand you-regardless of top or bottom placement. I have had plenty of mouth guards in the past that allowed me to speak and be understood. I think it is because this one is rather thick. Being as thick as it is could be a positive in that it will save your teeth from becoming damaged if you are using it for teeth clenching or grinding.

I just received the mouth tray and so far I really like it. I have read many complaints over the challenges (not only on this specific mouth tray but many others) to form the tray to your teeth. In reality this is no different and no more difficult than any other mouth guard I have purchased and had to form. It is relatively easy since the mouth tray is thin. In regards to sleeping with the mouth tray I am very pleased. It is way thinner than many other mouth tray I have used. It is very comfortable and easy to wear during the night. After two nights my jaw feels much better than it has in a long while. I keep the second one at my desk for when I notice I am clenching me teeth during the day. It is thin enough that you can’t tell that I am wearing it. I will definitely keep using it and it certainly beats the $500 my dentist wanted to charge me to make one.

I was recently diagnosed with TMJ and purchased this mouth guard to help alleviate my jaw pain from clenching my teeth at night. I purchased it because it was BPA free and because it was a really good price and came with two guards and a storage box. It was fairly easy to get it molded. Just boil some water and dip it in and then stick it in your mouth and bite down on it, take it out and drop it in cold water for a few seconds. As this is the only mouth guard I have ever used, I am no expert on how they are supposed to fit but it seems to fit well and I haven't had any issues with it falling out at night. Also, it has helped my jaw pain quite a bit. A great deal for the money.

Really easy to mold and use, however it's taking some time and re-molding to get it right, because it's a tad thick and fits almost TOO tightly so that I feel like my gums are being squeezed as I'm falling asleep at night. When I molded it by clenching my jaw shut so that I got a perfect mold, the way my bottom teeth sat against it is not the way they sit when I'm laying down, so ... maybe I'll re-try molding it by heating it up, putting it on my top set of teeth and lying down, ha! Four stars, though, because of the incredible price.

This product doesn't come close to resembling the one that they advertise. I was expecting a night guard with the same thickness and length as the picture they have with the woman putting it into her mouth. This thing is thick and clumsy. It's a cheap football mouth guard that you can buy at Walmart for a few bucks. Save your money

Well I was somewhat excited to not have to pay a ton of money at the dentist and was pleased with the reviews so I decided to try this mouth guard. First off, the material is pretty flimsy.. make sure you take out the mouth guard a little earlier than suggested because it will shrink. One of them fit better in my mouth so I used it one night.. I woke up and had no idea where it was! It may work for other people, but it definitely didn't want to work for me. Maybe I am just better off spending the money at the dentist.

This is the best mouth guard of the brands i have tried. It was easy to mold to fit my mouth and the price was right. I can't really say that it is a delight to wear, but i will say it is the least uncomfortable i have tried. I was also contacted by the seller to make sure i am happy with the product. You can't beat that kind of customer service.

Its an okay product, however, the instructions were terrible. I ended up ruining the first mouth guard (melting it) because I didn't understand how it worked. I had to heat up the mouth guard like 6 times to get it to fit correctly. Not super impressed, but I guess it will have to do.
