I use a spray to season my cast iron pans with so it's very convenient to just give it a quick spray over and wipe it off and that's all you need. I also like this when I'm cooking cuz I just give it a quick spray on the pan and that's all I need to do either. It's really nothing you can't do with regular oil from a bottle in a paper towel. Spray bottle is very convenient so you're paying for that

I absolutely love this stuff. I use sesame oil a lot to cook - love the flavor. My larger bottles are messier, even with spritzers. This is quick and convenient to use to coat a pan or to spritz over veggies before roasting. I'm not sure why someone left a 1-star with no explanation. I'm back for my 3rd order and will keep ordering!
