These boots are not 5 months old and this morning the heel completely collapsed whilst on my morning dog walk. I have a huge hole now that my thumb fits through and a pair of useless boots that can’t be worn. As a long standing Amazon Prime customer I thought they would be able to resolve this but no, because I used a try before you but (7 days) Prime supposed benefit they can’t and have told be to contact Amazon Prime Brand Group UK so it’s taken an hour of my time this morning so far and I’ve not managed to speak to a human being and have to now wait to see if I get a reply … in the meanwhile I’ve got to go and buy a pair of boots that I can ware to walk my dog later this evening. I will not be using try before you buy again and I’m now considering my options of remaining with Amazon Prime as the assistant was very unhelpful and terminated our chat before I could finish. Very disappointing.
