Does stop post-workout pains, and my body has adjusted to going back to the gym after 3 years!Even though my going to the gym hasn't been intense and more steady I will stick to this product because it does work. Just not my diet (yet!)

The labelling is misleading. The total weight of this is 1,184g including the tub so there probably IS 1000g of product, however the claim is 30 servings on the label. 30 x 50g scoops is 1500g. There will only be 20 servings therefore if using full scoop.
