High quality. Will last forever.
Solid construction, clean welding, good coating, knurled handle provides perfect grip, and the flat on the ball allows it to stand in the corner. I bought the 15lb and it is just about perfect. I'm a fairly fit, fairly strong guy, 200 lbs, and anything larger than the 15lb size would have been too large to start out. Any larger size should only be for those experienced with a mace, or those looking for a rotator cuff injury.

Best Mace on Amazon HANDS DOWN!
I was looking for a 15lb mace that still had a ~1.5-1.6" grip and was at least 40 inches long (most 15lb maces are slightly shorter with a smaller handle diameter) and this fit the bill! I was hesitant at first to order with only one positive review, but I am very glad I did. The mace is beautifully made. Powdercoat feels great, isn't slippery at all, and feels like it will take some abuse. The knurling is great, very defined and grippy but not so sharp that it tears your hands up. The weld around the seam from the bell to the handle is welded absolutely perfect with no imperfections or anything to catch your hands on, it's incredibly smooth. The handle end cap is solid and there is no debris or metal inside the mace to rattle around or make noise. The cap on the bell could be a little nicer but isn't bad looking whatsoever. Powdercoat around the spot where the cap on the bell goes is chipped/cracking/didn't seal 100%, but you can barely see it. When I received the mace, the box was pretty well beat, but the mace wasn't falling out, he packaging help up pretty well. It did however have one small chip/scuff and a couple very small scratches on the side of the bell that happened during shipping, but nothing bad enough to send back. All in all for 54 bucks I am extremely surprised that this mace is as nice as it is. I'm very happy I tried out this POWER GUIDANCE mace instead of waiting for some other company to get their 15lb mace back in stock so they could change me 2-3x as much for it. SCORE!

👍
A bit heavier than listed, the bar is heavy too so the weight isn’t only in the head of the hammer. The thickness of the bar really puts a lot of extra emphasis on grip training as well which is not a bad thing. Had it for a year now still fun to train with.

Packaging was not good for a 15 pound weight.
The mace-bell it self is great. The packing it arrived in was not.

You need this!
And the one below it and maybe the one below that! It’s such a good workout! It’s made well. I can see using this for years. The length is perfect for the weight.

Welded, Not Screwed (Up)
First off, I love that the end piece and the handle are WELDED together instead of the handle being inserted into the ball and attached with epoxy. I tried a friend's one time and it was like that, and after maybe a dozen circles with it the end just limply fell off, it almost crushed my foot. He was like "oh yeah, sorry, that happens sometimes" - but like, it shouldn't! Right? So I'm excited that this one's welded and THAT can't happen, and I'm also happy that it's actually flat on the end so it can be set on the floor and it'll just stand (instead of needing to be leaned against something). Same guy's was just round on the end, I wasn't super into that. The only thing I don't like is that the knurled parts of the handle are separate - I want to see the whole bar get that treatment, because I have a pretty wide grip and it's awkward for me to hold my hands like three inches "too close together" to use it. Workout's about the same, it's just a comfort thing, for anyone else it wouldn't be a problem but I'm 6'4 with broad shoulders and long arms.Other than that little thing, I'm happy with it!

A great piece of equipment
This has become an integral part of my workouts. The product is strong, feels of decent quality, and is ready to handle anything a macebell should. I keep mine in the back of my truck where it sometimes rolls around, and there is no damage to it. I particularly like the handle. It's textured enough to give great grip for halos but for dynamic moved my hands are free to move about. Couldn't recommend this enough. I've had two friends buy this after me now.
