The cover itself is pretty nice yet unfortunately the cover appears when using wide lense feature of the back camera. The thumb reader is also very difficult to detect with the screen protector and it is easily visable. I wish i could remove it without screwing up the screen with scratches or such.UPDATE:A very kind representative contacted me and refunded the order for my problems she also apologized for the incident and said that steps are being taken to fix previous said issues asap. I truly appreciate their customer service and once the issue has been fixed I woud definitely buy again.

I like this cover alot... especially because the case is clear on the back and my phone is white so you can see that. Usually every phone looks the same with a black otterbox case you don't get to see what the actual phone looks like...this case is also very durable for the money... people do say I sound a little muffled on speaker phone but it's a water proof case its suppose to be well covered...I haven't tried it under water and don't think I will because my phone is 900$ and don't have insurance

I chose this product because Amazon rated it so highly. The rating is not accurate. This product is indeed water proof, dust proof and SOUND PROOF! It is difficult to be heard and to hear incoming calls. Voices were muffled, even on speaker phone. I found myself continually taking apart the cover to remove my phone so many times due to complaints that I could not be heard clearly. My voice was muffled and the caller's voice was muffled as well.The unfortunate thing is by the time I used it enough to discover it was not the phone settings, the date of return was expired. Really unhappy with this product. The finger print reader did not work well either. Sigh, Amazon, you misled me in this useless product.

Have been using this for about 2 months now and it works good, the finger print reader is not that great. Since putting it on i have stopped using the finger printer reader due to failed attempts.

Love the clear back so you can see the back of my phone. The case is pretty durable and waterproof. I had to re-do the finger print scans so they worked, but they work! However, after having it for only about a month, my camera isn't focusing correctly and the screen protector is really scratched up.

I bought this for my mom and she complains about having trouble hearing people on the phone so she constantly has to put it on speaker to hear them well. It's just during phone calls, all else sounds fine. The protection is impeccable, really great. A bit tough to get off to clean but overall a really nice case

Pros - water can't get inCons - sound can't get out!! Making calls was terrible. You couldn't hear anything the person was saying.I already threw the packaging away & had to wait until payday to buy new cases so now I'm stuck with $60 worth of useless phone cases

Totally bummed..I love the look and fee of the case. The price is good. But I can not use the wide lensed camera. The camera will not work it shows the case. Also the finger print will not work with the case on. So close to being an amazing case but not there.
