Have to ensure the cord is tightly plugged in. It tends to fall out. Otherwise, it works well and it’s very practical.

Update: it’s the cords that stopped working not the charger. Easy to replace cords and now love it again!This charger was great for about 9 months. Then the individual chargers stopped working. Only two work currently. We got this because we have a lot of devices that need charging so it no longer meets our needs. Quality is disappointing.

Better than expected
I normally only leave reviews on the product fails to meet my expectations. This has exceeded my expectations.1. I’ve been looking for some thing that’s durable and wide enough to hold a Chromebook. This does the trick.2. This didn’t have enough lightning cables so I messaged the company to try to purchase an extra one and they sent me one for free.

Everyone should buy one of these for their home or office
I recently purchased my second charging station and I must say, I absolutely love it. My desk was getting cluttered with cell phones, tablets, and charging cords all tangled up. After getting one for my home, I decided to get one for my office and it was the best decision I have made. Now, I no longer have any clutter on my desk and no cords lying around. I can charge two phones and two tablets at the same time, and even charge my mouse and earbuds. This is the best thing around, especially since we have so many devices that need to be charged every day. I believe every home and office should have one of these charging stations - they are just great!

Excellent Charging Station!
A few things I really like about this power station. For one it has a sleek design. It's safe, it has cooling vents underneath (read about other products starting fires!). The rubber and curved design feels very premium and prevents slipping of products. The 30W PD port is excellent and I use it for charging my macbook without issue. Keeps things very organized and electronics topped up and charged. I even reached out to customer service and they sent a few free extra cables since I didn't have all the ones they had (I needed more MicroUSB). It also comes with an 18 month warranty. Overall this is on-par with more expensive brands so I'd say this is probably your best bed in this price range - especially since cables are included.

Power cord constantly comes loose
The main 110v power cable disconnects from the unit if you breathe on it wrong. When this happens, nothing gets charged. I am thinking about hot gluing it in place or something, but I shouldn't have to do this just because this is poorly made. Been bothering me for at least a year and finally I got irked enough to write this review. I don't expect any help from the manufacturer based on what I've seen.

Excellent product and customer service
I purchased this for my classroom and it is great for organization and charging devices. I like the included lightening to USB cables. Also included are USB-C and USB to micro USB. The customer service is incredible.

Charger
Excellent! I only have android products, so I contacted the seller and she gave me android cables to replace the apple cords. Great customer service! I gave mine to a neighbour who uses apple products

Real quality product
Not only is this product of great quality but the supplier’s customer service is top notch. The cabling that came with the product didn’t quite meet my requirements but as promised, they sent me the cables I needed at no charge. Nothing but great things to say about this product and company. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
