In America few people knows canjiquinha. In Brazil we use as a soup and a small amout cooked with chicken broth or any flavor. I love to add dry meat, or fried pork cubes or chicken.Delicious.

I didn’t buy this from amazon, I buy this from the Brazilian supermarkets here in south Florida. This dish is amazing! It’s a staple dish from Minas Gerais (where my family is from) and usually made with pork ribs. My amazing cook of a mother makes this with chopped spinach and bell peppers for me because I’m vegetarian. The taste and texture is delicious, especially when seasoning it using common Brazilian style flavor. The most simple and quickest soup you’ll ever cook in your pressure pot (takes about 5 minutes). I hope whoever buys this enjoys it, I’m about to go eat some left overs.
