I purchased Vaya Drynk Thermosteel Vacuum Insulated one few months back. The steel knob of the gulper lid from one side has come out and got lost. Is it possible to get two new steel knobs...? Otherwise, the lid will be of no use. There has to be a provision of after sales service.

This is probably one of the best bottles I have every purchased. The lid is really easy to screw on and off plus the beverages inside stay their original temperature for hours! I left some hot chocolate in there for a day and the next day I opened the bottle to find out it was still hot! The exterior of the bottle doesn’t change temperature with the liquid inside which is a plus for me! Overall a great product and I will be using this as all the time.
