Ben Nye Bond Off! Prosthetic Adhesive Remover BR-1 (2 oz)

I needed an adhesive remover for my Ben Nye spirit gum, since I couldn't find a package which included both. This remover works perfectly and any residue is very easily wiped away. Just don't leave the bottle open on the carpet like I did. Though, it didn't even spill much.

Does the job but does leave a slimy residue. Is only reason I gave just 4 stars. I have to wear a prosthetic ear so I use this every day. My advice is after using wipe with witch hazel.

This stuff worked like magic to remove the pros aide from my face. I have sensitive skin, but suffered no ill effects from this product. It doesn't smell like a bed of roses, but neither does any of the other makeup typically worn at Halloween.

works great to remove the adhesive, but if you're using it for a recurring role in a play be sure to use a lotion after each removal to supress irritation of the skin.

Not very good for my needs. I was expecting something gooey and it says needs just 10 seconds to bond but even with something easy to glue to ones face like cotton ball fluff it barely held at all, even after it became somewhat more tacky and dry. Sorry, this was a very big disappointment.

It works well to denature most kinds of sticky adhesives, but in fairness it does this because it's 98.5% petroleum naphtha (same as Ronsonol lighter fluid). Bond Off has the slight advantage of smelling nicer since it's got some fragrance added. It should also be noted that baby oil works well to denature adhesives although it's less penetrating than naphtha so it'll take a bit longer.

On trying to remove his brand of adhesive, that in fairness was two weeks old, this remover did nothing to soften or remove any of it
