A game changer for risotto makers!
Bought this for the other half because we had yet to have a decent spoon for risotto; they were either too short, too squashy, couldn’t scoop into the pan properly etc. Well, today is the first time he made risotto with the new spoon, it was quicker to make (I guess easier to use) and he didn’t have any problems using it. I’m thinking this is his game changing utensil as far as risotto goes!

Exactly what I wanted
Of you like risottos get this spoon. I have never used a risotto spoon before, but it makes such a difference. The bottom of the spoon has a flat end, idea for stirring and ensuring the risotto does not stick to the bottom of the pan and the hole in the spoon, helps to churn the risotto.
