I was skeptical but glad my coworker recommended. I had tried Black Cohosh first and that did nothing. Tried this and just when I was about to give up i realized the improvement of my hot flashes. It took about a month but I am not miserable anymore. I went from changing my clothes 5 times a night to not at all. I no longer have to wear a fan around my neck. My makeup doesn’t feel like it is dripping off my face with all the sweat. My hot flashes are not completely gone but instead of lasting 10+ min, they last about 15 seconds and I do not get all sweaty. I am also sleeping through the night again. I went from 4 hours back to 7.5 hours of sleep a night.If you decide to try it I definitely suggest you try it for a few months. After my first month I did not order my second bottle in time.
