This rack looks great hanging in our office. Unfortunately, papers placed into a slot will slide down a crack at the bottom of the slot and will get stuck hanging down into the next area below. I remedied this by putting manilla folders in each slot for each person, but it would look and function better without the folders. I wish the manufacturer would have just attached the bars at the bottoms of the angled parts to the flat back piece so that papers couldn't fall through.

First off the item arrived warped. It was shipped in a box with no protective packaging around it other than a plastic bag, so it was probably getting bounced around pretty good in transit. I knew we were in for trouble as soon as I picked up the box and felt it banging around inside.It's a little flimsier than we expected and, as mentioned by a bunch of other reviewers, the bottom drawer is the only one that will hold paper without the paper slipping through to the slot below it. it's due to poor design/construction. The slots look like they're only tacked to the frame at the sides and not at the bottom rear of each slot, resulting in a pretty significant gap at the back that allows a decent stack of paper to slide down and either get jammed inbetween slots or fall to the levels below. It's really frustrating trying to get at the pages that fall through due to the narrowness of the spaces between the slots. You'll have to use a file folder or something else to add some thickness or contain anything that you're going to store in this thing.It does look good hanging on the wall though once we got it straightened out as much as we could - it still doesn't sit completely flush against the wall. Just bear in mind that if you're organizing files or loose paper and not magazines that you're going to have to deal with the gap.

Unfortunately I waited too long to open this, now too late to return. We were remodeling and painting and putting in windows and of course took longer than expected. Badly damaged and useless waste of money now. Lesson learned.

I work with magazines and they always send me an issue. I always had them displayed on my coffee table, but they took up space. Bought this and stored my 8 issues plus the one I was just mailed today. It works good and will hold them all and all new ones!

I seek new recipes weekly, my husband and I are vegetarian, so this is a hobby for me. I needed a rack to have in my office so that I could find recipes, print them off, and place them in folders so that there would always be some fresh ideas per category. This is exactly what I wanted and needed! Makes my life easier.

I placed these up and I was hanging one, the tab broke off. I thought that I would just use the other one. NOPE! The tabs are all welded in different locations so I had to re-drill holes. I would look for other organizers and save your money. The seller however was fine. Delivery was on time and no issues.

There are several issues with this product. Right out of the box, some of the areas that the metal should be connected - are already coming apart. Then upon placing a piece of paper in any of the slots it will immediately fall out the back/bottom of that slot and slide down into the next one. Super disappointing as this was supposed to be used in a busy office setting and being made of metal I assumed that it would be very sturdy, put together nicely and actually be functional but it is not. Don't waste your money on this!

I love this! I should have gotten it years ago. My only issue is that the back isn’t sealed and sometimes small papers or cards slide down into other compartments and are very hard to get out.
