Basic Grinder for Eccentric Coffee :)
I found the teal version of this grinder at a Tuesday Morning. I bought a hand grinder because a) it was $7.99 and b) I could not be decisive when it came to picking out the perfect electric model - quiet, ceramic burrs, compact 1-2 cup grind. I don't like to grind beans in advance so I made it a part of my morning routine to grind 2 tbsp of coffee beans by hand. Some mornings I am not in the mood but do it anyway to wake myself up... or just resort to a cup of matcha instead LOL I found this grinder to be perfect! I love it so much, that when I broke the teal one by trying to grind some green coffee beans (please DONT make my mistake, they are too hard and will break the grinder), I came on Amazon and bought the stainless steel version to replace it. It arrived quickly and restored happiness in my morning routine. I drink pour over coffee and this grinder makes all the flavors come out of the beans! I highly recommend it, I love the folding handle the best and love the fact it doesn't have some weird product name loudly labeling the outside since this unit lives on my countertop. Put this one in your cart and go for it!

Great for travel and camping
This coffee grinder is easy to use and compact for travel, I would take it camping as well, but haven't had a chance yet. I have owned it a little over a month and use it for work as I travel over several states. The only thing that could cause some a problem is the top doesn't secure on so you have to press down on it with your opposite hand (or just hold it, which is what I do) to ensure that the top and handle don't move off of the connecting rod.It has an adjustment screw inside the bottom section which opens with a slight twist to empty the coffee grounds. So far no concerns about the grinding mechanism and will update if any issues do appear. Not sure why Amazon is concerned about how sheer it is, I will not be wearing it.

It was a gift
It was a gift for my son and he loves it. I tried it out before I gave it to him so I could give him a recipe. My only complaint is it only holds 11 grams per and takes about three minutes. I use 30 grams, so by the time I get 30 grams ground, I don't want hot coffee, I want a hot muscle compress

Broke Immediately
Broke immediately after dropping. And again after someone snapped the top on slightly out of alignment. The bottom also takes a bit of strength to twist off. Fine for most adults (I bought this for a classroom of young children just to practice). The handle came a bit wobbly, though I guess it's cool that it folds.

Work ok.
I have used this for a number of months. It works ok. The grind adjustment is too loose and doesn’t hold for anything finer than the finest it can grind. The fine grind is a little finer than the medium grind you get in the store. It is not fine enough for espresso grind. It is a little slow to grind enough for a 15 oz coffee cup. I would not buy another one.

Works fine but..
When my wife and I first pulled this out to use, we noticed it wasn't easy to turn the lever. So much so I thought I would break it if I were to apply full force. So finally I just applied force and it could grind just fine. The instructions did not mention this was needed to get it "started" but it is in fact the problem I think a lot of people are talking about.Works just fine.

Good, if you have the time
I was very excited to start using the grinder, as our electric grinder was broken. I decided to buy a manual grinder because the electric grinders are usually very loud. I was very disappointed when, setting the grinder to a fine setting, I cranked and cranked for a few minutes, only to end up with about 1/4 inch of grounds. I set the grinder to a more coarse setting and tried again, but it was still painfully slow. Finally, I set the grinder to the maximum coarseness, and was able to finish the job.Basically, if you want fine coffee, you'll spend several minutes or more to get a small amount. If you are okay with coarse coffee, you might do it in 2 or 3 minutes which, to me, is just far too long to wait.

Nice grinder
It's awesome! What really sold me is the foldable handle. Who has the space to store something with a ridiculously long handle? Not I! It's pretty easy to adjust for coarseness. It is smaller than expected though, but that's okay I dont plan to need a lot of coffee grounds.
