I purchased the Master Massage Bedford Portable Massage Chair, and it's been a reliable companion for my mobile massage sessions. The chair is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to carry on the train and bus. It comes with a sturdy carrying bag, which adds to its portability. While primarily designed for massages, this chair can be used for other purposes as well. It features a cradle for the face and is perfect for accommodating clients with different needs.The chair is burgundy in color with PU leather upholstery that offers comfort. Although it's not top-of-the-line, it offers mid-to-high-grade quality that's impressive for the price. However, over a 2-3 year period, the PU leather started to peel around the face cushion and body rest, but this took years to happen, not right away. I used it to give about 12 massages in one day, and it held up remarkably well. Clients with knee problems could comfortably bend their knees and relax in the chair without any issues. The chair arrived on time, and I was able to start using it immediately. Even though the chair did start to peel over a lot of years due to wear and tear, overall, I feel like I've got my money's worth out of this chair. No complaints. I highly recommend the Master Massage Bedford Portable Massage Chair for anyone looking for a reliable, portable option. Its versatility and comfort make it a great investment for mobile massage therapists and other professionals, despite the peeling PU leather over time.😊

Head and chest cushions are to soft and I would recommend removable head rest cover other wise it is a good product.

This is my first massage chair and I’m glad I didn’t go with a cheaper option. This chair durable and seems to be able to hold a lot of weight. I’m over 200 pounds and it did just fine when I sat on it. Along with that, the cushioning is fairly comfortable. It’s plush and good quality, doesn’t seem like it’ll wear and tear. It was used for a fast paced massage chair event. Takes a minute to set up. Easily adjustable. Many different people of different sizes were able to sit comfortably. And although it’s pretty heavy (what do you expect) the bag surprisingly lightens the load. I would still like to buy a bag with wheels but the one it comes with will do for now.

For the price, it’s great. If you’re wanting something extremely sturdy, you will want to drop a few hundred on a better chair.This fit our initial needs just dandy

Even tho the box was damaged and there was slight damage to a foot peg, the chair is great for the cost. I'm very pleased at its functionality and its ease of use! Light weight and sturdy when set up. A bit wobbly during set up but not crazy bad.I am super happy with this!On top of that since I'm in Alaska, I had to have the chair sent to a friends and shipped aircargo. Instead of having to send it back I got a partial return on the chair for the damages! I'm super excited to get this in use! Piper from North Pole

Not the perfect fit like they claim it to be! The chest pad hardly moves and can only sit a person who is 5'4 comfortably. The adjustable arm rest is also too small and you can only rest your palms, not your arms because it is too small to "rest your arms". I do not recommend for Chair events. Will definitely be returning this.

I received my chair today; the delivery was punctual, and the chair is fantastic. It's very sturdy and comfortable.

Nice fit and finish with easy adjustments for the price,BUT. It is OK for me at 6'1" feet but my wife at 5'4" had trouble getting comfortable. The head ring did not go low enough or the seat did not go high enough. She found herself stretching to much to plant her face in comfortable position. If your six foot plus I'm sure you will give this a five star but and 5'4" you will give it a 1, unless you want to over stretch your body when getting a massage.
