Green Apple Classics deserves 6 stars. They responded promptly (less than 24hrs) to my inquiry about printed instructions that came with my fantastically refurbished iPod Classic. Walked me (a PC user) through my Apple tech questions in a generous friendly professional manner. Their Green mission is small-business leadership in action. Love the iPod, which they'd registered with my name. I'll refer customers their way. And shipping my old iPod to them. If it's not repairable, it will be donated to this fresh innovative business. Well, chalk this up to, “You should have read the reviews, stupid.” I didn’t know the I-Pod Classic came from a third party and that it’s a used product. It did’t take vey long for it to quit working. I can listen to my songs for about twenty minutes and then I have to go through the reset procedure. As you can imagine, I’m getting pretty good at it. I’m really disappointed in Amazon Prime for not taking better care of their customers as I’m sure they are aware of the problems with this seller. I’ll certainly be much more careful with my Amazon purchases in the future.

So far I am loving this item performance. So far everything the seller has said has been true. It's just a little to early to judge this item lasting power. I will tell you in about a year what I think of this item. I use old apple 120gb 6th classic item everyday with a few drops at the gym and parties it was great. My other apple iPod 6th classic 120gb generation performance lasted about (9) years before the back light started fading but other than that everything else was working. Once a again so far I'm loving it. Wear and tear finally caught up with it. My overall rating at this time dose not give my true rating on my new purchase. I haven't had this item long enough. In time I'm sure my rating will be much higher.

Works as it should. Only one thing, the cable is not like the ones Apple products used to come with, it does not have those two little buttons on the side that you press to get the charger in & out easily. If you still have the old ones, keep it, they don’t sell them anymore and the new ones will inevitably damage your device’s plug

Just purchased this IPOD and haven’t had it long enough to rate the battery,. Last night after many tries I was able to sync it with my ITunes library and could listen to my music today. This model is discontinued and very difficult to find, especially in New condition. I would not have bought it Used. I realize this might be my last opportunity to purchase this model, but recommend it if you can buy it NEW. Some of us only need a vehicle to play our saved music, this is perfect for that.

DID NOT WORK. Could not load any music on device. DID NOT HOLD A CHARGE. Appeared to have been synched to another computer before being sold as NEW to me. Returned.

Happy with my product

Product does look like new, as described and although 200 Dollars is not a small amount for a used article, I think this was a good deal and I hope it will serve me well for a few years. Find it surprising how expensive these ipod classics are. I have a later touch model that is of course another quality in handling, quite more user friendly. But I somehow liked these first or second generation devices, besides I still have a Bose sound dock for these models. I like the idea of a company reconditioning these devices. Packaging and shipping was fine.
