Ram mounts makes good quality products and this is no exception. Holds the Midland radio with the belt clip attached with the medium length ram stem. Comes with a handle bar clamp but would work on any Ram 1" ball. Only possible down side is that it it is not a permanent attachment. The radio just slides in and out. This is convenient if you want to carry the radio or use it in another vehicle. However, unless you take it with you when you leave your bike someone else can lift it very easily. But this is true for all ram mounts unless you have several locking knobs on each mount which are fairly pricy. In this case and with most of there mounts locking nobs wouldn't help at all.

Has both Side loop / strap space openings but doesnt come with strap or anything to hold device in cradle unless was not in the order that shipped.My GMS radio is a Midland LXT model that only has the belt clip and no way to snap in or latch to the cradle so I had to get a velcro cable wrap to sort of strap the radio onto the cradle I havent tested the ride endurance yet but hope the road isnt too bumpy

Mounts easy, secure, and looks professional. Using it with a Midland 75-822 portable handheld CB Radio mounted on my 04 HD Softail. Perfect!
