Faulty Product. Can't Power Display Consistently.
It's a faulty Power Supply. Doesn't power display consistently. I tried to give it time hoping that it would work. Lights up the display for a few seconds or a few minutes in some cases and then display becomes unstable: on and off inconsistently -- which was the exact issue with the one that I already have had. It's a bad product or the entire batch is on its cyclical end, and the seller keeps selling the product that has known issues.

Only 9 days for the international shipment.
Only 9 days for the overseas delivery~! Exceptional! I was expecting to get it at the end of the month at the earliest because of the Covid19 crisis. It is neatly packaged and it works great.

Display Turning Off is NOT a Power Supply Problem
If your Apple 108x display powers on for a short time then powers off, requiring you to constantly turn it back on, it is not an issue with the external power supply, it's an issue with the internal main board. The capacitors dry out over time and cause issues with onboard supply regulation, which causes the intermittent power issue as the monitor warms up. In other words, there is nothing you can do except send the entire monitor out to be repaired. And then you have to ensure you get it through a reputable repair shop that tests or replaces the capacitors on the board so that you don't end up with the same problem 6-12 months later. For some monitors, it's possible to still use the unit until it's fixed by unplugging the power chord from the supply for a few seconds every time the display turns off until it stops turning off.
