Zanies Plush Holiday Friend Santa Dog Toy, 9-Inch

My first dog got one of these from Zanies probably 20 years ago. It was her favorite and she had many well-loved Santas over the years. My next dog loved this toy, too. The two dogs I have now are OBSESSED with it! We have at least 3 singing Santas floating around the house so that they are never without their favorite toy. So much fun and such great quality, though some family members (not me!) get tired of hearing the same song over and over... but the dogs rule this house!

Singing Santa was broke. Did not sing at all.

What can I say? BEST DOG TOY EVER! MY GOLDEN CARRIES IT EVERY WHERE.I got this toy from the groomer last Christmas for my 4 Cocker spaniels. My 18 month old golden retriever bonded with it when none of the other 5 bothered with it (because there wasn't a squeaky to chew out of it). He loves it! He carries it everywhere, Outside, inside and to bed every night. If he takes it outside and forgets to bring it in, I ask him "where is Santa" and he runs back out to get him. I have 2, unfortunately one got dropped in the water bowl and no longer talks, so I remove the box prior to washing and put in the other one so it continues to work. He is always so happy to got a clean one. He thinks it is new. I just bought a couple more for safe keeping!

The music played maybe 3 times and that's it. Phooey. Wasn't abused or even stepped on. The one we had last year was sturdier and the music played for months!EDIT: After not playing for several hours, the music seems to be back. I don't know what's going on but no matter, my dog absolutely loves this toy.

This was her favorite toy when she was a puppy & she destroyed. I was glad to find it again, on Amazon. Now she is 8 years old & still loves it.

My Corgi puppy loves to hear the "Ho Ho Ho", Merry Xmas, which is followed up by "you'd better watch out, better not pout, etc." When it's activated, he leaves whatever he's doing and comes running for it. Seems pretty tough for a dog toy. Not easily torn apart.

My dog loved receiving this toy for christmas but it easily rips apart and the material was thin and cheap. It lasted less than 10 minutes. .. and my dog swallowed some of the red fiber fuzz from the cloth and he was throwing up a bit. I wouldn't purchase this same toy again.

My dogs love the musical toys. They know how to turn on the music and prance around the house carrying these toys. These are well made toys.
